Returns Checklist
- Contact USPM at (866) 928-7380 to request an RMA number.
- Box all items securely in the original packaging. Include the receipt.
- Address the package using the return address provided on the receipt. Your RMA number MUST be written next to the shipping label on your box.’
- Make sure you insure your package for the proper amount when you mail it back to USPM. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- USPM will notify you when we receive and verify your items so we can finalize the process.

Notification
If you decide to return your coins you must notify USPM’s Customer Service Department by telephone. Call (866) 928-7380 during normal business hours within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise.
Customer Service will give you instructions how to return your items. At that time, you will also be given an RMA number (Return Authorization Number). Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
Condition of Coins
You must return coins in the same condition you received them. You must box the items in their original packaging, and you must include the receipt.
USPM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements.
Exchanges
We may charge a $50 processing fee on all exchanges. We reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement before issuing a refund. We will issue a refund if an acceptable replacement is not available.
Refunds
We will process your refund after the returned item(s) have been received and verified.
USPM reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $50.00 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders. On bullion orders you may, at our discretion, be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds remains the property of United States Precious Metals.
At our discretion, we may issue refunds via USPM store credit redeemable for future purchases, in lieu of issuing a cash refund.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, USPM has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
If the item price is incorrect we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without order.

Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
